Cooking
I use a rice Indica from Mistral
Boil the rice until tender according to instructions. Cool
Minced meat mixed with rice (you can add onion to your liking). Add salt, pepper or seasoning to taste
Peppers cut in half, remove the seed box
Fill peppers with meat stuffing
To grease with sour cream
Cover with slices of tomatoes.
To fall asleep grated cheese. Bake until Golden brown at t-180*. Bon appetit!
