Peppers stuffed, baked in the oven
Delicious meat dish of stuffed peppers that are baked in the oven under a cheese cap.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper

    10 piece

  • Allspice

I use a rice Indica from Mistral

Boil the rice until tender according to instructions. Cool

Minced meat mixed with rice (you can add onion to your liking). Add salt, pepper or seasoning to taste

Peppers cut in half, remove the seed box

Fill peppers with meat stuffing

Cover with slices of tomatoes.
