Salad
A delicious salad of fried aubergines, cheese and greens. Doing it for several years.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cilantro

    70 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil
