Rolls Pouches in a pan with fragrant oil. A simple recipe simple but so delicious and exciting cakes. Preparing nodules quickly, so for Breakfast you can have time to prepare, and to dinner, and just for a snack. With fragrance oils you can also experiment.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

    2 pinch

Cooking

Dissolve yeast in two tablespoons of warm water and add one tablespoon of flour. Knead well and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Stand until the dough can be enjoyed with oil. Garlic crush with a knife, put in a mortar, add salt, chilli flakes and chopped parsley. I used a dry mixture of " Provence herbs ", about 2/3 tsp.

Sift the flour into a bowl, add 100 ml of warm water, salt, vegetable oil. Knead a soft dough and put it in a warm place to rise.

Coming up ebonite dough, divide into 20 pieces. From each piece roll out a small rope and tie it in a loose knot.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and place of the nodules. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 minutes on each side. Also fry the rest.

Hot nodules, place in a pot, pour the fragrant oil, let it soak and serve.
