Cooking
Pumpkin cooked in a minimal amount of water. The broth is drained. Blend pumpkin, a convenient way for You to measure out 200 g of puree.
In kefir add soda, stir, so the baking soda will be liquidated. Then pumpkin puree, eggs, salt and sugar.
Beat in a homogeneous mass. Pour the sifted flour and vanilla sugar.
Stir with a whisk to remove lumps.
Pour the boiling water and immediately mix to a smooth dough. Stir in vegetable oil.
Preheat a pancake pan. Before the first pancake grease with lard or melted butter. Bake pancakes for 1 - 1.5 minutes on each side, on medium heat.
The pancakes are quite the oil from the pumpkin, so in addition to butter is not necessary.
