Cooking
Flour, milk, vegetable oil, water, yeast. sugar, salt and Apple cider vinegar gentle knead the dough. The dough should be soft ( like an earlobe). I kneaded the dough in the bread maker.
It turned out that kind of dough.
The dough in the bowl cover and allow to rise until increased in volume about 2 times.
Divide the dough into 12 equal parts.
Dilute in a bowl of water ( 100 ml) liquid honey or as in my case, pekmez. In another plate pour the sesame seeds.
Each portion of the dough roll out the harness with a length of approximately 15 cm, then roll it in half and twist the wires "pigtail". Then connect the ends and get a bagel. If necessary, the dough when cutting slightly will need to probility flour. I didn't do it. Roll was a little heavy, very delicate to get it.
Dip the bagel in pekmez for a second,
Then in sesame seeds on both sides.
Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, cover and leave for 20-25 minutes to rise.
Bake at 200 gr. until Golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Ready simity cool on a wire rack.
You can drink tea. Bon appetit!
