Description

Drunk ghosts
Halloween's coming up, and need to somehow prove that it is good, fun and smiles, not fear and terror. I represent to Your attention the Drunken Ghosts - pears, stewed in wine and then chilled in a jelly.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
Pear peel off skins (skins don't throw away, they will come in handy) With lemon remove the zest, squeeze the juice.
step-1
Pear cut in half, remove pits.
step-2
In a small saucepan put: water+wine+sugar+Cory MC+zest+lemon juice=bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
step-3
After that, remove from the pan the lemon zest. Put in a pot of pear and skins, which we cleaned with pears. Reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
step-4
Get the pear with the skin. The resulting syrup was filtered through 4 layers of cheesecloth. Gelatin fill 0.5 cups of water (since gelatin is different, take the gelatin that You trust and breed according to Your instructions). After swelling, stirring constantly, gelatin heated on the stove but do not boil. Drain gelatin and add to the pan with the syrup.
step-5
In a dish, lay the pears, garnish with chopped into thin strips skins - it will be algae.
step-6
Do the eyes (I prefer the cloves) and mouth (cut from sandpaper) to our ghosts. (everything is in the hands of Your imagination;) ) Slowly pour the cooled, but still liquid jelly. Pour in several stages. The ghosts are sent in the fridge to solidify.
step-7
Sweet, kind, and happy Halloween ;)
