Cakes with delicate cream based on mascarpone with white chocolate, the sweetness of which is enhanced with natural cranberry sauce D Arbo.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • White chocolate

    60 g

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

A layer of dough cut into 8 equal rectangles. Grease yolk, sprinkle with sugar and bake 10 minutes at 230 degrees.

For the cream whip the mascarpone with the cream in a magnificent mass. Gently stir the grated white chocolate and coconut flakes. Cream refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Cranberry sauce through a sieve.

The cooled slices cut lengthwise into two parts. Apply the cream in mascarpone and lingonberry sauce.
