Chili con carne
My version of the traditional Mexican dishes. It can be as thick nourishing soup and hot stew which you can serve with corn tortillas. This is a spicy hearty dish will warm You on a cold winter night.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 ml

  • A mixture of spices

    1.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Corn

    200 g

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Lime

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Prepare the stuffing.

Onions finely chop, fry in butter until Golden.

Add the chilli, cook with onions for a minute. Then add sweet pepper, cut into small pieces. Cook for another minute.

Add the ground beef. Fry until soft.

Now add salt and spices.

Send tomatoes to the skillet with the meat. Mix.

Add the garlic, passed through the press. Mix well.

Add the juice of half a lime and leave the stew to stew under the lid for 10 minutes.

Add beans and corn (without liquid). Mix.

Cook for another 10 minutes. If the consistency seems too thick, add broth (meat).
