Cooking
Chicken fillet wash, dry, cut into small pieces, then grind using a blender or grinder. Add to the minced salt, ground black pepper, garlic, coriander and grated ginger.

Put meatballs in a greased form and bake in a preheated 200° oven. Approximate cooking time 20-25 minutes, depending on size of meatballs and your oven.
