Cooking
Pre-boil until tender meat, cut in pieces.
Carrots cut into slices, onion and bell pepper as you like, but not too small.
Cut the potatoes into large. Tomatoes, garlic and piece of ginger grind in a blender in the tomato puree. Finely chopped herbs.
In a saucepan heat the rust. oil, fry lightly the onion and pour the tomato puree. Cook, stirring, 10 minutes.
Add the carrots and bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes, until the tomato puree is well cooked through.
Then add meat, potatoes and pour in 1.5 cups of beef broth. Simmer until the potatoes are done (25-30 min.) During firefighting season with salt, add the mixture of peppers and herbs. To monitor the amount of liquid, if necessary add a little broth (but the sauce should be fairly thick)
When serving sprinkle with herbs. Serve after 10 minutes, the potatoes will soak the sauce! The result: gratitude to your loved ones!
