Salad
I suggest to try easy, healthy and tasty salad. Purely feminine. Come visit.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

Cooking

Beets and carrots to boil steamed until cooked (or baked).

Onion slice (or grate) thin half-rings.

Apples clear from the core and peel.

Grate peeled apples shredded (grated for fries) or cut into strips.

Fold in a container of sliced apples and onions. Add the vinegar and sugar for marinade. Mix well with hands and set aside for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling: in vegetable oil, add sugar, salt, soy Souk, a mixture of peppers. Mix well.

Slightly cooled beets and carrots cut into strips (or grate on a grater for French fries). Add the onions lightly pressed with apples.

Add dressing, mix well the salad and put on 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.
