If during lent you felt the need to treat yourself to a pastry, you will help this recipe. The richness of flavor attached to the use of walnut and orange juice. The output is about 550 grams.

Cooking
Squeeze the juice from oranges. Zest to RUB on a small grater. We'll need half a Cup of juice (100 ml). Into juice add soda and stir.
To the juice add the vegetable oil and sugar. Mix well so the sugar is dispersed.
To chop the nuts, finely chop any citrus candied fruit (peel, dried Kombat, etc.)
Flour mixed with baking powder, nuts, candies, and powdering the liquid to the flour, knead the dough.
Roll the dough and cut the cookies. Decorate with jam, mixed with starch or thermostable jams. Bake at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes.
