This recipe is a Moldovan placinte, which makes my grandmother. traditional pies turn out very tasty especially with the cheese and herbs. The main thing to choose dry cottage cheese, so it does not drip when frying. These traditional pies are served piping hot.

The dough should be supple, neither hard nor soft. Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6 or 7 parts.
Leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
