Ingredients

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Water, carbonated

    300 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Jelly

Cooking

In soda to dissolve the sugar, salt and yeast.

Add the sifted flour and mix well. Cover and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

The dough is ready - the dough mix! The pan is well heated and lubricated with a drop of oil, spread oiled spoon the dough - the dough is thick, remove the heat to minimum, cover with a lid.

Once the dough is on the surface of the liquid, turn it over to the other side and under the lid, bring to readiness. Remove and place in a bowl, covering with a towel.

Served with cherry jelly. We love to mix the jelly with a small amount of sour cream.
