Salad
From what was at hand, concocted a vinaigrette. Turned out very even nothing.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Basil

Cooking

Cook the beans. I cooked in a special way, to reduce the time of cooking: in a pan put beans, filled with water to just cover it, bring to a boil, cooks for 5 minutes, again pour half a Cup of water, again it cooks for 5-7 minutes, again water. And so until tender (the beans I had ready in 40 min).

Boil the beets (I have it in the convection oven baked)

Onions cut into half rings and lightly fry in oil, the cabbage, add the greens, beans, beetroot, fried onion and mix well
