Ribs in the cherry glaze
Incredibly succulent short ribs get this recipe! Soft, with a crispy crust and a sweet aftertaste of cherry!

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    600 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    100 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.333 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Ribs wash, cut into.

Of cherry juice. I rubbed through a sieve, then the cake is squeezed through cheesecloth.

Make marinal: mix cherry juice, soy sauce, dry garlic, pepper, cinnamon, paprika and olive oil.

Pour the ribs with marinade and leave to marinate. The longer the better.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes. During baking periodically lubricates the ribs with marinade.
