  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Shredded beets and carrots add to the pot with a wide bottom. Sprinkle with lemon juice and saute with butter and a small amount of water, stirring occasionally.
