Marinated mackerel
This delicious appetizer will come in handy on any holiday table! Marinated mackerel with vegetables will please you not only magically simple way of cooking, but also for its incomparable taste.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Frozen mackerel well cleaned. Cut off the fins, gut it, fillet the creature from the ridge, and cut into pieces (I recommend to do it until the fish had not yet thawed).

Onions cleaned and cut into rings or half rings.

Boil the carrots until soft. Peel and cut into rings.

To prepare the marinade. To join a cooking oil Oleyna, vinegar, ketchup, salt, sugar, black pepper. Stir until smooth.

In a large bowl to shift arbitrarily mackerel with onions and carrots. Add canned peas, previously throwing it on a sieve to drain all the liquid. Mix everything carefully.

Pour prepared marinade (mackerel with vegetables should not be swimming in marinade, a double portion to do!). Mix well.

To shift to another smaller container and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then cover and refrigerate for a day.
