Cake Favorite
Baked this cake for the birthday of his youngest daughter. The recipe is family and time-tested. Just vary the fillings for cakes. I highly recommend this cake. It just melts in your mouth!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Potato starch

  • Sour cream

  • Flour

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1.5 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

  • Pumpkin seeds

    100 g

  • Mac

  • Cranberry

    70 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Water

    200 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Vanilla

    2 g

The number of ingredients in this recipe for three layers (divide the number by 3 ingredients and bake each cake separately). Egg whisk with sugar, add starch, sour cream,100g of coconut, vanilla, flour, slaked soda and mix.

Soak gelatine in 200 g of cold water for 40 minutes. Cranberries crushed with sugar, squeeze the juice. Gelatin bring to a boil ( but not boil ). Combine it with cranberry juice.

Pour jelly into the mold, remove and cool in refrigerator until firm. The top of the cake garnish with chopped cubes of jelly, Boca grated on a coarse grater, waffle.
