Pancakes with foie Gras and sauce D arbo
An unusual combination of the sauce from the "Wild cranberries" with goose liver pate.

Ingredients

  • Sauce

    150 g

  • Pate

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix all dry ingredients, add the eggs and, gradually pouring milk, knead the dough. Last add the oil.

Bake pancakes. Before each set of dough in the ladle should be well mixed the dough as the starch settles to the bottom. Each pancake is still hot butter.

Spread on a pancake with a little sauce.

In the middle of each pancake put 1-2 tbsp of paste.

The edges of the pancake to collect, take wooden skewers. Serve the pancakes as a snack with a berry sauce. Bon appetit!
