1. Obzhalovanie meat is cut into two parts transversely, rubbed with pepper and spice, fry them on the grill with oil (5 g) from all sides to colour.
2. Vegetables: garlic cut into slices, onion into thick rings, ginger just squeeze.
3. In a small sauce pan pour oil (5 g), heated and fry the onion and garlic (10 seconds), then add wine and simmer (10 sec), then add the soy sauce, mirin, water and ginger = bring to a boil
Put the fried meat and simmer on low heat with the lid on for 50 minutes.
4. Ready meat and cut into round slices.
