Double the cooking method itself is not so unusual, but I don't know of another dish where the ingredients and method of preparation give a great result. The chicken becomes tender from cooking in the sauce, the flavor from a rich marinade. To cook on the grill you just have 10 minutes, and the rest you can do at home. Recipe By Mark Bittman

Chicken cut into pieces (you can take some thighs)
You need to take the pot, so we're going to cook the chicken. Prepare other products.
In saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, crushed garlic, add pepper, Bay leaf.
At the bottom of the pan put green onions.
On top in one layer put the chicken.
