My most favorite recipe of pork-pork baked in the oven. Takes a minimum of time, and the result is excellent - the meat is tender, juicy, soft and very fragrant. Go for it! It's very simple!

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare the plaster: mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, seasoning, dill, pepper, honey, salt, mix.
Nashpigovat the meat with garlic and coat a piece of pork the resulting mixture.
Spread the meat on a greased with vegetable oil form. Put the meat for 15 minutes in the oven (200-220 degrees) to harden. Then pour in a form of water about the thickness of a finger, cover the form with the meat tightly with foil and put in oven (180 degrees) for about 1 hour.-1 hour. 20min. (depending on the meat.) 10 min. until tender with the meat remove the foil to brown. The meat is ready! Take out from oven and put in a plate, cut into portions, decorate with vegetables, chopped greens, whatever. All enjoy a delicious meal!
