Chicken salad with pickled cucumbers
Today I want to offer the recipe is simple and delicious salad that will pleasantly surprise you with its tenderness, succulence and satiety. Juicy chicken breast, crunchy pickles of TM "6 acres", tender braised onions and sweet carrots go perfectly with canned green peas and sour cream. Preparing this salad quickly and perfect for everyday table.

Ingredients

  • Pickled cucumber

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Then boil chicken breast. Cook until tender on medium heat. When chicken breast is cooked - remove it from broth, allow to cool, then cut into small cubes.

Onion peel and cut into quarters rings. Pour into the pan vegetable oil, warmed it and spread the onion. Cook onion over moderate heat until transparent and soft.

While preparing the onion, peel and grate on a medium grater carrots.

When the onion is soft and transparent, put the carrots and simmer under the lid over medium heat, not forgetting to stir. Carrots and onions are ready - they are soft and tender, turn off heat and allow to cool.

Now on a coarse grater grate the pickled crisp cucumbers TM "6 acres."

Put in a bowl prepared ingredients for the salad: onions and carrots, pickles, boiled chicken breast, canned green peas (without liquid), sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Simple, delicious and hearty salad is ready. It can be served immediately or pre-cooling. Bon appetit!
