Pork ribs with apples
Today in shop saw a wonderful pork ribs. Well, I could not pass up, very much wanted me to cook them in podrywaczki from apples. Themselves ribs become succulent and tender, and the gravy acquires a pleasant Apple flavor.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.3 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Greens

Well, the ribs we bought, start cooking the ribs, chop, cut, my. Put into a pan with a thick bottom and fry on high heat 7 minutes.

While the meat is roasting, cut onions finely and the carrot into thin wedges.

Onions and carrots are added to the ribs, salt, pepper and add any spices, what your heart desires. Then slightly fry, add a glass of broth (because pork is oily, I did not add the broth and added some water), cover with a lid and simmer everything for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the apples, cut into wedges, after 20 minutes. add to meat and look...

If the water has boiled away, add a (as much as you want to make it gravy), cover with a lid and simmer for another 25 minutes. And interestingly enough, no need to add any gravy thickeners. Apple sauce will not be liquid and will get sour-sweet Apple flavor. After 25 min. sprinkle with greens and everything is ready!
