Sabji potato flatbreads Chapatis

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    5 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

    1 tsp

Cooking

Lightly fry chopped onion.

Add the spices, fry them in onions for 1 minute.

Potatoes cut into cubes and fry in the spices, adding the vegetable oil.

Knead the dough from flour and water.

Roll into a flatbread dough, melt the butter.

Fry the cakes in a well heated pan (!!!no butter!!!). When the cake is ready, place on a plate, abundantly watered, melted butter and allow to absorb it. Then wrap in a tortilla potatoes in spices and fasten with a toothpick.
