Description

White fish fillet in orange sauce
Surprisingly delicious the fish turned out... unusual, at first glance, the combination of tomatoes and orange... but the dish did not disappoint.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

Cooking

Fish wash, brush, dry. Cut into pieces and each piece cut into fillets with skin. The pieces of fish season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with seasoning for fish and fold in two "by balticom" simulating whole pieces of fish.

Cut onion finely

and fry in vegetable oil.

Add the pureed tomatoes (or 2 fresh tomatoes, seeds removed, flesh finely chopped), honey, thyme and the juice extracted from oranges, and saute 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, add salt, pepper and half teaspoon sugar. Let the sauce stand for 10 minutes.

In a deep pan put the fish,

cover with sauce, cover and on low heat simmer for 30 min.
