Viewed recipes of this cake, which is already on the website, but have not found. For this recipe the cake is moderately sweet, not cloying, as the batter does not put sugar. Enough sweetness from the cream.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Butter

    250 g

Prepare the dough. Mix margarine and eggs.

Add milk, stir.

Add the baking powder and flour, knead not very steep dough.

Roll the dough into a ball and remove it for 1 hour in the refrigerator (not the freezer!).

Coat the baking pan with baking paper. Chilled dough and tear into small pieces and spread on a baking sheet. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake until Golden brown (15-20 minutes).

I got 4 of the pan with slices.

To prepare the cream: beat butter with a mixer incandescent. Add condensed milk, beat until a homogeneous mass.

Baked pieces of dough to mix with the cream.

Lay heaped on the dish. You can sprinkle with poppy seeds. To give the cake soak for 4-5 hours.
