Cake "For a loved one"

Description

Yummy cake for a loved one with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Chicken egg

2 piece
Condensed milk

1 can
Flour

1 cup
Soda

1 tsp
Vanilla sugar

1 pack
Cream

1 pack
Milk

250 ml
Sugar

3 Tbsp
Butter

50 g
Walnuts

1 cup

Cooking

Eggs, beat with a pinch of salt.

Then add condensed milk, vanilla and flour. All good whisk.

Now add baking soda, quenched in vinegar. And again whisk.

At the very end add chopped nuts (I crushed them with a rolling pin) and stir.

Pour the dough in a greased form and put in preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes (ovens are different, check after about 30 minutes of a match).

Here's the cake ready. When cool, cut in half.

Now prepare the cream. I took the mix and you can cook to your taste - custard or cream. The taste of the cake will not suffer.

Added the cream the milk and sugar, whipped and then added butter (as required by the instructions to the cream). It turned out very delicious cream with taste of chocolate ice cream, though not as useful as prepared with his own hands. But if there is no time, such cream - a lifesaver.

Our * brush the cakes with cream and decorate as desired, I sprinkled the cake with cocoa. Enjoy your tea!
