Cooking
Everything you need for bread.
In a bowl pour the yogurt and water. Add a pinch of salt and yeast. Pour olive oil and put of med. Stir.
Gradually begin to add the sifted flour, stir. The dough should be thick so that it can be knead by hand, but stay soft and pliable.
Gather the dough into a ball. Put in a bowl, tightening it with cling film and leave to rise for 4 hours in a warm place.
After 4 hours the dough has increased in volume three times. Pripasaem the table with flour, spread the dough and adding flour as needed, knead it to a smooth, soft state (in total it took me about 3 cups of flour).
Formed bread. Stretch the dough into the reservoir, then wrap the edges to the middle of the "envelope", forming a rounded bread. Bread spread on a baking tray lined with baking parchment, making a sharp knife cuts. Cover with a cloth and leave for another 1 hour rest.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the rested bread in to bake until done. It took me 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Take out the bread and give, if possible))), cool completely. The bread turned out with a weight of 580 grams.
