Crunchy cucumbers chopped not too finely
Chicken, in this case, baked chicken breast, diced.
If the onion is large, then cut into half rings. The small rings. The cherry tomatoes halves. Bow, if too angry, scalded with boiling water or marinated in a mixture of water, vinegar 1:1 and a pinch of sugar for 20 minutes.

For dressing mix vegetable oil with mustard, lemon juice, soy sauce, whisk, adjust the taste with sugar (I use honey)
Pour dressing on salad, sprinkle on top grated on a fine grater cheese.
