Salad with chicken breast
This salad can be like a full meal. Nutritious, amazingly delicious thanks to the curry sauce, plus tender chicken breast... what could be better? Come, treat!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Pineapple

    4 slice

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil pasta until tender in salted water. (any pasta, your favorite). Drain the water through a colander. To coat the pasta with 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Cover and leave in warm.

Chicken fillet cut in half. To beat.

Each half fillet spread on a sheet of seasoning MAGGI on the second tender chicken fillet chicken breast. To cover the second half of the sheet and slightly press.

Fry on a dry pan for 5 minutes on each side

Prepared tender chicken breast fillet spread on a Board. Cut into slices

Celery stalks cut into strips

Pineapple cut into pieces

To the warm pasta, spread chicken slices, celery and pineapple. Mix well.

In a separate bowl mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and curry. Mix well.

On a plate for serving full spread salad. Top put 2-3 tablespoons of sauce-curry. Sprinkle salad with chopped green onions.
