Cooking
Carrot RUB on a very fine grater, add sugar, salt and RUB well so that the carrots made the juice. Add the melted butter or margarine, sour cream, eggs and all mix well. Then soda, cinnamon, vanilla, again mix well, add flour and knead the dough thicker than for pancakes.
Tablespoon spread the batter in the waffle iron and bake until done. :)
