The pumpkin I was an eyesore and I wanted somewhere to attach, as well as mashed squash already, then there was this lovely dessert.

Cooking
Pumpkin pre-bake it or weld it. You can use semolina, but we can't sell, so I took the wheat, but rather couscous.
One volume of grits in a saucepan, pour double the amount of liquid (milk or water), bring to a boil, add the pieces of pumpkin, raisins and add the cereal, brew until thick.
Pudding slightly stuiver, add eggs, sugar, vanilla, zest and orange juice, mix well ground.
Prepare the caramel: in a pan pour sugar, add 1 teaspoon water, heated until the sugar dissolves, boil until the mixture starts to darken, add a knob of butter and boiling pour into a mold for pudding.
Distribute the hot caramel on the walls of the mold.
Fill in the form with the pudding,
put the form in a tray of water and bake in the oven for 30-40 min.
Cover the form of dish and turn over.
Leave to soak up the caramel, decorate with the orange slices. Can be served warm and cold, still tasty.
