Description

Cooking
Quinoa cover with water, bring to boil, cook for 15 minutes on low heat. Allow to cool slightly.
Spread in the baking pan, forming boards. Bake in preheated to 190 degrees oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
Mushrooms cut into circles. Put on a baking tray lined with parchment or a silicone Mat in a single layer, season with salt and pepper. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Broccoli bring to a boil, cook for 1-2 minutes. To drain the water. Allow to cool.
To parse into medium size pieces.
Whisk in a bowl eggs, cream (milk), nutmeg and red pepper flakes. Season with salt to taste. Add the parsley. Mix well.
To pay to our base of quinoa, broccoli and mushrooms.
Pour the egg-butter mass. On top lay the slices of mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes until dark Golden brown.
