Cooking
Egg whisk with sugar (Mistral). Add flour and soda.
Add the butter. Knead the dough.
Pour it in a greased form. (I have 24 cm) and Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes. Cool.
For the cream mix all ingredients and heat while constantly stirring until a good thick.
Here it is more convenient to take to the sides of the cake the shape of a little smaller diameter as the cake is slightly reduced in diameter as it cools down.. On the sponge cake and pour the hot cream and leave for freezing. You can remove in the cold.
For the jelly I used the finished jelly cake. Dilute it according to the instructions on the bag.
The cream put different berries and pour jelly. Put them in the cold for the final solidification!
