During Lent certainly need to include in the diet legumes. They are the source of protein, they saturate. Offers you the option of bean salad with wild garlic and spicy dressing.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Ramsons

    0.5 coup

  • Sundried tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Balsamic

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 pinch

Cooking

step-0
Soak white beans overnight in cold water, then boil until soft, adding the salt to taste Beans I boiled in advance and then freeze it in small portions. It is convenient. Pulled out of the freezer a packet of frozen peas, thawed - and all.
step-1
For the filling, combine the soy sauce "Kikkoman" with balsamic, oil and mustard, add a pinch of oregano
step-2
Finely chop the wild garlic
step-3
Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, add them to beans, same here, add the garlic. Remember the beans slightly with a fork. Crush about half the beans. What does it do? The dressing will penetrate into the mashed beans, drenched in it, the salad will be much juicier.
step-4
I decided to serve with a salad in the tomato. Cut the tomato hat and a teaspoon remove the pulp.
step-5
Add the salad dressing, mix and fill with salad tomato. In a simplified version - just chop the tomato and add it to the salad too, so yummy!
