Tender fish just melts in your mouth... Quick and easy dish...

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Fry the onions in vegetable oil.

Cut the mushrooms.

Add them to the onions, season with salt and pepper.

Cut the fish into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Place the fish on the mushrooms with onions, put out under the lid. Prepare sour cream filling.
