My dish starts with preparation adzhika, which we will need in this recipe. And also you can use it as a seasoning for any meat dish. The norm of the recipe on 3 liters, but we do not need much. And for making my adzhika I picked: tomatoes, cilantro, apples, garlic, sweet pepper, chili pepper, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar 9%.
Vegetables I washed, cleaned, cut into pieces. All you have scrolled through a meat grinder, poured in a pan, add the sugar, salt, oil and vinegar.
All cooked 50-60 minutes, stirring constantly. My adjika is ready!
And now I'll tell you how I made bread for the broth in the form of wedge slips.
