Fried mushrooms with nuts
Boldly offer you this recipe, because this year a great harvest of mushrooms. Moreover, it is simple, quick, original taste of the dish.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Walnuts

    0.3 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Spices

Mushrooms defrost.

The nuts split and cut. You can grind them in a blender or coffee grinder. I love that the nuts are the pieces, so I just finely cut. Well, it's not for everybody.

I was nuts, mushrooms melted slightly and now they can be cut into thin plates.

Heat the pan, put the butter and add the mushrooms. Potseluem.

Slice the onion into half rings.

The mushrooms will give off lots of juice. Let's wait a bit and merge it into a separate bowl.

Again put the mushrooms in a frying pan and add the onion. Fry until cooked.

In the mushroom broth, add pepper, Apple cider vinegar, chopped fresh herbs and nuts.

Stir and add to the finished mushrooms.
