Our products! The plum jam... a recipe requires prune mousse I mousse.
Flour mixed with powdered sugar, a pinch of salt. Add 1 egg and 80 g of oil.
Knead a soft dough, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Plum wash, cut in half, remove bone

Add 2 eggs and 75 g ground almonds. Stir.
