Quick puff pastry: leavened
As well as options of pastries from this dough. I want to offer you a very good my experiment... Lightweight layered structure of the dough, delicious loecki and rolls with meat, cookies with sugar or meringue... the Dough itself, and then was experimenting with it... I love it!

Ingredients

  • Sourdough

    4 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    70 g

  • Milk

    110 ml

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Soda

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

  • Dill

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Meringue

  • Butter

    100 g

Put in a bowl the starter at its peak...
