Cooking
Carrots wash, peel, cut washers and stew in vegetable oil.
Chop the dried apricots pieces.
In a frying pan to the carrots pour 50 ml of water, add the dried apricots, season with salt and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Wash and cut into rings spring onions.
Walnuts chopped. (For more flavor you can roast the nuts on a dry pan)
Mix the yogurt, juice and zest of lemon, salt and spices.
Stir the carrots, green onions and dried apricots. Put in a salad bowl or plate. Sprinkle walnuts. Sauce to submit separately.
