I want to introduce you my version of stuffed cabbage. Once my Turkish friend made dolma, and I really liked the filling and I decided to cook all the same thing, only with cabbage. It was very tasty!

Cooking
First, cut cabbage leaves in half, cut the hard part, so you get 14 little, put in a large kettle, fill with water and boil until soft. At the same time, in another bowl, boil the bulgur (rice) until soft. Finely chop eggplant and zucchini
Finely chop the herbs, add to the vegetables, there also send bulgur (rice), salt, pepper, add the cinnamon and turmeric, pomegranate sauce and mix everything. The stuffing is ready.
On cabbage leaf spread the filling, turn and put in a bowl.
Add carrots, a spoon of vegetable oil. Bred in water pasta, all add to the cabbage rolls, cover with a lid and put in oven heated to 200*C for 40 minutes.
Ready cabbage spread on a dish, decorate and eat with yogurt or sour cream
