Description
Often after a meal are pieces of bread, which quickly harden, then I made the meatballs from leftovers of bread. My home they were a very good choice. For the second time I made them for a snack when unexpected guests showed up. Fast, easy, tasty, and most importantly - vitamin and healthy! Why is it helpful? Yes, because the composition of these aromatic burgers include cheese, lettuce and greens! A little cumin and garlic gives the meatballs a spicy twist!

Cooking
That's what we need for making vitamin meatballs.
Break bread into pieces and pour the milk.
When the bread absorbs all the milk, add the ricotta, eggs, grated garlic, salt and pepper.
Cut this mixture into the lettuce, dill and parsley, mix well.
Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. It turns out to be mincemeat.
To form the meatballs, roll in flour and fry in hot vegetable oil.
While the meatballs were cooked, around the house overflowed with a wonderful, spicy aroma...mmm...what a sexy smell... :-P
That turned out flavorful, tender and vitamin appetizer! The meatballs you can eat both hot and cold! To snack, help yourself! ;-) BON APPETIT!
