Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Chili

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

  • Curry

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

Cooking

1. Tomato slice. Potatoes clean, cut them into slices. Eggplant cut into semi circles.

2. Finely chop green Chile.

3. Pour oil in a baking dish + potatoes + salt + pepper + curry + Basil + celery. Mix well. Put in a preheated oven ( 220 - 240 ). Bake for 15 - 20 minutes( until semi cooked ). In the process 2 times to stop it. Cover don't cover.

4. Add eggplant and another 10 mins to bake.

5. Add tomato and Chile, if necessary it needs more salt, and put for 5 minutes in the oven.
