Cooking
"Milk" zucchini wash, dry and slice as you like with the skins. I cut the circles and divided in half, but you can cubes.
Pour oil in a pan and put the slices in a single layer and fry.
Flip and cook slightly on the other side.
When frying, I used the oil Oleina.
Walnuts to break or chop with a knife, to be heated on a dry pan.
Warm zucchini squeeze the garlic, salt and pepper.
Add greenery. Fresh greens was just onion, parsley, dried-1 tsp
Add a handful of nuts and stir. I still wanted to add Chile, a little mastrigli pieces of the pod.
Place salatnika, sprinkle with oil and serve Oleina.
The salad was delicious and warm and cold.
