Salad of young zucchini with nuts
Salad of seasonal vegetables-young courgettes/zucchini come in handy for a quick snack or addition to dinner. Boldly take on a picnic! Recipe shared Light Stella, I'm grateful.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

    2 pinch

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Green onions

Cooking

"Milk" zucchini wash, dry and slice as you like with the skins. I cut the circles and divided in half, but you can cubes.

Pour oil in a pan and put the slices in a single layer and fry.

Flip and cook slightly on the other side.

When frying, I used the oil Oleina.

Walnuts to break or chop with a knife, to be heated on a dry pan.

Warm zucchini squeeze the garlic, salt and pepper.
