Vitamin, useful and juicy salad of legumes.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    300 g

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Lentils

    200 g

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    100 g

  • Onion

    40 g

  • Spices

  • Ramsons

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

  • Mustard

  • Vinegar

Cooking

Chickpeas Mistral. Chickpeas soaked overnight. Then cooked it 35 minutes.

Lentils Beluga. The lentils soaked for three hours. Then cooked it for 20 minutes.

Canned red and white beans. The liquid from the beans poured. Frozen green beans filled with hot water and boiled three minutes.

Canned green peas and lentils.

In a bowl put all the beans. Chickpeas, green peas, canned red and white beans. Lentils and beans. Sliced celery, parsley, a little dill and pepper. Put salt and pepper. Cooked dressing. In sunflower oil poured wine vinegar, put the mustard, stir and pour into the bowl with the vegetables.

The vegetables are well mixed, covered with foil and put in two hours in the refrigerator.

Before serving the salad put the sliced onions and mix. ( Red onions are best.) Put the salad in the tank.
