Kefir muffins
Soft, tender, delicious muffins... And most importantly... very easy to prepare, and even conventional products (residues of yogurt or sour milk or yoghurt with addition of whey...), which sometimes remain in the fridge...

Ingredients

    280 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Raisins

    200 g
