Quesadilla with ham and rice
Very tasty dish, based on Mexican cuisine. A great option for Breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • Pellet

    3 piece

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    100 g

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Boil the rice Mistral in salt water until tender.

Chicken fillets with salt and fry in vegetable oil. Onion cut into half rings and fry in the same pan until tender. Then fry the peppers cut into strips. If desired, vegetables can be prisolit.

Tomato cut into thin slices.

Cut the ham into cubes.

And fry ham with boiled rice.

Grate cheese.

On one half of the tortillas put vegetables, chicken and herbs.

Then the ham with rice.

Sprinkle with the cheese. Cover the second half of the pellet.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown. Cut into 3-4 pieces, like a pizza. Serve before it gets cold.
